Mr. Kondra Ravinder (Founder and President)
Mr. Kondra Ravinder, the Founder and the President of the Karuna Mythri Positive People Service Society (KMPPSS), is an able organizer with the ability to build momentum and awareness toward a common cause. He is equipped with strong communication and people handling skills and has played a significant role in generating awareness about HIV/AIDS and the rights of the PLHIV community. He has liaisoned with important stakeholders such as TNP+, NTP, NCPI+, INP+, PFI, Alliance HIV/AIDS India, FHI 360, LEPRA Society, SAATHII, DAPCU, CSR and others.
Ms. Veeramalla Rama (Vice President)
Ms. Veeramalla Rama, the Vice President of KMPPSS, is a board member since 2005. She passionately works for the PLHIV community and facilitates awareness, treatment adherence, skill building and life skill education initiatives.
Ms. Byri Lavanya (General Secretary)
Ms. Byri Lavanya, the General Secretary of KMPPSS, has been part of the organization since its inception in 2005. She has worked on four different HIV/AIDS projects (ACT, TCC, PACT RCC, CSC Vihaan) and has received 8 certificates for her exemplary work. Currently, she works as a Project Coordinator for Vihaan CSC Project and guides the implementation of the programme at the field and at the organization level. She enables PLHIV to lead a quality life by linking them with various Government Social Entitlements and Schemes.
Mr. Veeraganti Narayana (Joint Secretary)
Mr. Veeraganti Narayana, a Joint Secretary of KMPPSS, has been associated with the organization since 2016 and became a part of the board in 2023. He voluntarily works for the PLHIV community and facilitates the process of linking them with various Government Social Schemes and Entitlements. He is also actively engaged in conducting Support Group Meetings and arranging nutrition support for the community.
Ms. Siraboina Manjula (Treasurer)
Ms. Siraboina Manjula, the KMPPSS, joined the Network in 2005 and has been part of the KMPPSS Board since then. In the last 19 years, she has been associated with 3 projects (ACT, PACT RCC, CSC Vihaan) in the HIV/AIDS Awareness, Prevention, and Treatment Adherence field. She is an active Positive Speaker and advocate for the Rights of People Living with HIV/AIDS. She has received 6 certificates of appreciation for her commendable work in the HIV/AIDS field. Currently, she works as a Project Coordinator for the Vihaan CSC Project.
Ms. Anisestty Anith (Board Member)
Ms. Anisetty Anitha joined the Board of KMPPSS in 2015. She voluntarily supports the work of the organization w.r.t prevention, treatment and skill building initiatives and motivates the community to lead a healthy life during home visits and support group meetings.
Ms. Rama Padma (Board Member)
Ms. Rama Padma, a board member of KMPPSS since 2024, has been part of the organization since 2008. She is associated with four different projects (ACT, TCC, PACT RCC, CSC Vihaan) in the HIV/AIDS Awareness, Prevention and Treatment Adherence field. She is an active Positive Speaker and has received 4 certificates of appreciation for her work in the HIV/AIDS field. Currently, she works as an outreach worker for the Vihaan CSC programme.
